Look after yourself
Even the Angels take the time to rest now and again, in order that they can help us to their fullest capacity when called on, and they want us to do the same.
Take some “you time” today, try to switch off from other people’s worries and relax in whatever way you can to replenish your energy levels – tomorrow is another day!
