Honesty
Be honest and open in all that you say and do today.
When you are honest everyone knows where they are with you and feels totally safe.
When you are honest with yourself, you behave with integrity and are open with nothing to hide. People then respect and trust you, and will then respond to you with openness and honesty in turn.
