Live in the present
There is nothing you can do about the wrongs of yesterday and dwelling on them is not good for you, either mentally or physically.
Constantly thinking about past mistakes, missed opportunities or injustices will make no difference to what has gone by.
So please now make a conscious decision to let the past be the past, resolve to enjoy the present to the full, and look to the future with trust and the optimism it deserves.
